Our feature pledge
Coaches build a business on Ceiling. You should never wake up to a feature gone, a surprise change or data held hostage. These promises are part of our terms of service.
We never remove a feature from your plan
A feature in your plan today stays in your plan. If we retire a feature for everyone, you keep it, or something that does the same job, for as long as you stay on that plan. We never move a feature you have into an add-on or a higher tier.
90 days' notice for any change
Before any change to your plan, its price or how your data is handled, we tell you at least 90 days ahead, by email and in your workspace. The notice says what changes, when, and what you can do about it.
Full export on every plan
Download everything is on every plan, including the lowest one. It puts your clients, offers, programs, content, messages and media in one file you can take anywhere. Your clients can always download their own data too.
Your data stays 90 days after you cancel
When your account ends, it is paused for 90 days. You can sign in, export everything or restart. Your clients can still download their own data during that time. After 90 days we delete your business's data as our privacy policy describes.
